Welcome! I’m Haley :)

I’m a certified Reiki Level II and Integrative Trauma Practitioner (ITP) based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m passionate about a holistic approach to well-being that integrates mind, body, and spirit. My work focuses on bringing each of these aspects of ourselves into harmony.

I specialize in guiding women who feel disconnected to rediscover their sense of self and authentic expression. However, I welcome clients of all backgrounds who are open to energy work and ready to apply these practices to their lives. My goal is to make this transformative journey accessible to anyone who is interested.

My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can learn the language of your body and experience the profound mind-body connection. Whether you are seeking to heal old wounds, connect more deeply with yourself, or navigate life’s transitions with grace, I am here to support you every step of the way.

  • I completed the 10 Somatic Sessions with Haley. When I first came in, I had so much anxiety, worry, brain fog, fatigue, and felt hopeless about my mental and physical health. As we went through the sessions, I started to get more comfortable with my body and gained the skill of bringing awareness to my body and mind connection.
